JumpStart, Inc’s vision is to increase the economic impact and sustainability of Northeast Ohio’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, while leveraging JumpStart’s experience and expertise to catalyze entrepreneurship nationally. Working with Caroline Taich, JumpStart recently updated its strategic plan.
The process involved engaging a diverse set of stakeholders. Keeping board members and business leaders from multiple service lines aligned and on track was critical.
Caroline also helped create a succinct summary plan which integrated key points from individual service lines into a synthesized overview that reflected viewpoints from across JumpStart leadership.
The end product included the activities, financials, and key metrics that will guide the organization going forward.
